Fees, Discounts and Information
- Lodging tax 10% of rental fee
- Cleaning Fee - $80
- No Security Deposit with credit card on file.
Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit when a personal check is used for payment. The Security Deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check out.
- Holiday rates are a 3 night minumum. Weekly rate during the Christmas and New Year Holiday is $1250 (Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, President's Day, 4th of July).
- Rates for multiple consecutive months discounted 5%
- Military families visiting spouse, children at USMC Camp Pendleton discounted 5% (ask for discount)
- No pets allowed.
- This is a smoke free lodge (no smoking allowed inside or on our private balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area of "North Coast Village"
- Payment accepted - Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Check. No fees charged for use of credit card.
