Fees, Discounts and Information
- Lodging tax of 11.5% applied to rental rate
- Cleaning Fee - $80
- No Security Deposit Required with credit card on file.
Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit when a personal check is used for payment. The Deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check out.
- Holiday rates are a 3 night minumum. $199 (Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, President's Day, 4th of July). Weekly rate during the Christmas and New Year Holiday is $1250
- Rates for multiple consecutive months discounted 5%
- Military families visiting spouse, children at USMC Camp Pendleton discounted 5% (ask for discount)
- No pets allowed.
- This is a smoke free lodge (no smoking allowed inside or on our private balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area.
- Payment accepted with no additional fees - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier's Check, Personal Check.
- Note: 3% additional fee with payment by American Express credit card.
