Additional Fees, Payment and Discounts
- Lodging tax - 11.5%
- Cleaning - $100
- Payment accepted with no added fees - Visa, MasterCard, Discover Credit Cards, Cashier's Check, Personal Check.
Note: 3% added fee with payment by American Express Credit Card.
- Security Deposit is waived with Credit Card on file.
Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit required when a personal check or cashier's check is used for payment. This $250 Security Deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check out.
- Holiday rates are a 3 night minumum. $199 (Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, President's Day, 4th of July). Weekly rate during the Christmas and New Year Holiday is $1250
- Rates for multiple consecutive months discounted 5%
- Military families visiting spouse, children at USMC Camp Pendleton discounted 5% (ask for discount)
- Pets are not allowed at North Coast Village Resort.
- This is smoke free (no smoking allowed inside our home or on our private balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area.
