Upon arrival sit on your private balcony and enjoy a bottle of wine complimentary on us. Watch the sailboats come into the harbor as the sun sets into the blue Pacific Ocean. This lovely beach condo has views to the Pacific Ocean surf, Marina Harbor and tropical Hawaiian gardens with cascading waterfalls below.

Our beach condo can easily sleep 1 to 5 guests. One bedroom, one bath/shower along with two futon couches that pull out into full size beds in the family room. All linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is ready to provide all your breakfast, lunch and dinner needs. Buy groceries close by and you can save money by dining in or walk over to the Harbor and enjoy the many fine restaurants. The Harbor also has many fun activities for everyone to enjoy.

Southern California beaches await you and your family. No cars needed and no roads to cross to get you to the beach, we are steps to the sand. We provide beach chairs, towels, sand buckets and boogey boards for the kids. Bring a book to read while the kids build sandcastles. Collect sea shells on the beach and bring home a memory of a wonderful vacation.

At North Coast Village where our beach condo is located you can feel safe in a privately gated community, 24/7 security on our premises. Walk through 12 acres of Hawaiin tropical gardens, cascading waterfalls, feed the Japanese Koi in our ponds, with resort swimming pools and jacuzzis, work out exercise center and saunas, ping pong and a room with 2 billard tables, foesball table, and family activity room. Everything is here for your enjoyment! Stay inside and relax at our resort or go out and explore San Diego.
